Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong JS developer that has been there and done that. Must have a strong OO background building middle tire/front end data access applications.
Qualifications:
- Design and build front end JS applications, tools, new features and functionality for an existing and new application while following standards and best practices.
- Thoroughly document development work completed
- Work with the team lead and project manager to assess level of effort for new feature requests and projects, as well as provide recommendations for architecture and design Work with the overseas support team to troubleshoot server issues, etc.
- Complex OO JS Architecture Experience
- Understanding of the software development life-cycle
- Ability to collaborate and work within a Development Team, as well as operate independently
- Creative problem solving skills
- Responsible and self-motivated with a positive, can do attitude
- Excellent ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and bugs
- 2-5 years experience with following technologies including:
Required technologies:
- Strong OO JavaScript
- Expert HTML skills
- Expert CSS
Good to Have:
- Strong skills on Sencha Touch, jQTouch, jQuery, ExtJS
- Strong skills on one or more languages C#, JavaEE, Objective C
- Mobile Application Development for Android or iPhone
- Windows/Linux and Apache/IIS Server Administration
